CVB Recycling, Tilburg (NL)
As a depot manager, you combine management duties on the shop floor with office work, and have overall responsibility for the smooth running of the branch.
Recyclable materials are transported and processed daily by our team of 17 people on site. This is done using our own lorries and two of our machine lines, one for waste paper and one for plastic.
The depot manager ensures that this is done as efficiently as possible, so that the best possible operating results are achieved, within strict regulations and while maintaining safe working conditions for the team.
The tasks and skills involved include the ability to translate personnel management and supply chain management into practice, and having systematic, technical and financial insight. Combined with a hands-on mentality.
we ask:
Several years of work experience in managing a production team or similar, minimum MBO (senior secondary vocational education) level, VCA (Safety, Health and Environment Certificate), forklift certificate. And strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in Dutch and English.

CVB Recycling in Tilburg is our largest production facility in the Netherlands. It is also the only location in our group where we process plastic. It is located on the Loven industrial estate.
